Payment Policy

1. *Deposit Requirement*: A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior travel.

2. *Accepted Payment Methods*: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash. Online payments can be made via our secure payment gateway.

3. *Late Payments*: Late payments will incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding balance for each day the payment is overdue.

 Cancellation Policy

1. *Free Cancellation Period*: Guests can cancel their booking for free up to 7 days before the check-in date.

2. *Cancellation Fee*: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s stay will be charged.

3. *No-Show Policy*: In the case of a no-show, the total cost of the booking will be charged.

4. *Group Bookings*: For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Refund Policy

1. *Eligible Refunds*: Refunds are only eligible for cancellations made within the free cancellation period.

2. *Processing Time*: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

3. *Refund Method*: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original booking.

4. *Non-Refundable Bookings*: Certain promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
